Maria Elva Rocha
Welcome! I am M. Elva Rocha, and I am looking forward to another great school year. I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Social Work. I worked as a Social Worker for 8 years before becoming a stay at home mom. I completed an alternative educator program in 2006 and began working at Sharyland ISD. My 16 years of teaching experience includes Resource/Inclusion (3); Kindergarten (1); 2nd grade (9); 3rd grade (3). I am now a Special Education teacher in the Self Contained/Life Skills classroom.
